That's probably why I hate myself sometimes.
For long, I have borne grudge with many people. And I've come to realised that hating someone is tiring. Soon, hatred comes to a turning point whereby you do not hate him anymore but instead start accepting him. Coming to a sense where I found out that it was not his fault that makes me hate him, but my problem of making myself hating him.
When one hates another, who would have thought the problem lies with himself? Not knowing this but deepening his hatred, it will not end. For some, enemies become friends. For others, the grudge are carried on through generations.
So the next time you hate someone, why not try thinking that the problem doesn't lie with others? The same goes for me.
